我们会处理哪些资料
- 账户资料：你选择使用邮箱、Google 或手机号码登录时，身份服务商会向我们提供完成登录所需的账户标识及可用的联系资料。
- 记忆内容：你主动记录的文字、录音、照片、转写稿、故事整理稿、人物和地点备注、标签，以及你主动填写的未来信件或订单资料。
- 心情记录：当前心情追踪记录保存在你使用的浏览器本机存储中。
- 基本使用事件：为了解功能是否正常使用，我们可能记录页面路径、匿名会话标识及有限的功能事件（例如访问、保存记忆、转写、预览、提交订单）。这些事件不包含你的故事正文、录音或照片内容。
资料保存与同步
未登录时，你的草稿、录音和照片保存在当前设备的浏览器本机存储中。清除浏览器数据、换设备或浏览器故障可能导致本机资料无法恢复，请使用应用提供的导出功能另行备份。
登录并使用云端记忆功能时，故事正文及相关元数据保存在 Supabase 数据库，录音和照片保存在 Supabase 私有存储中。应用使用账户权限规则限制访问；媒体文件通过短时有效的签名链接读取。云端记录可以从应用的记忆管理功能删除；账户删除或资料请求可联系下方支持邮箱。
AI 辅助与第三方服务
只有当你主动使用相应功能并确认同意后，所需的故事文字、录音或指定照片才会经 LoomInk 的服务器请求 SiliconFlow 的 AI 服务，用于故事整理、语音转写或照片说明建议。AI 输出是建议，由你决定是否采用。照片说明功能不会尝试识别照片中人物的身份。
Supabase 为登录、数据库和私有媒体存储提供基础设施；Google 提供 Google 登录；手机验证码由配置的短信服务商发送。服务器托管及请求处理使用 Vercel。上述服务只在提供 LoomInk 功能所需范围内处理资料，并受其各自隐私政策及服务条款约束。Cloudinary 和线上支付目前不是必需的记忆存储服务。
分享、保存期限与删除
你的记忆默认保持私密。若你主动生成录音分享链接或提交定制产品订单，相关资料会用于你选择的分享或履约流程。分享录音前请确认内容适合接收者；可以在应用支持的范围内撤销链接。
你可以在应用中删除本机记忆或云端记忆。账户资料、备份和安全日志可能因服务运营、安全或法律要求保留有限时间；第三方服务的备份清除时间也可能不同。需要访问、更正或删除账户资料时，请使用下方邮箱联系我们。
未成年人及家庭记忆
LoomInk 面向个人和家庭使用。若你代表孩子或其他家庭成员记录内容，请确保你有权提交这些资料，并谨慎保存可识别个人身份的照片和录音。家庭记忆默认不公开分享。

Privacy Notice

LoomInk helps you turn moments from life into stories. This notice explains what information is handled, where it is stored, when it is processed by service providers, and how to request deletion.
Information we handle
- Account information: When you sign in with email, Google, or a phone number, the identity provider supplies the account identifier and available contact details needed to authenticate you.
- Memory content: Text, recordings, photos, transcripts, edited story drafts, people and place notes, tags, and any future-letter or order details you choose to provide.
- Mood entries: Current mood-tracking entries are stored in local browser storage on your device.
- Basic product events: We may record page paths, a pseudonymous session identifier, and limited feature events (such as visits, saved memories, transcription, previews, and submitted orders). These events do not include the text of your stories, audio, or photo contents.
Storage and synchronization
When you are not signed in, drafts, recordings, and photos are stored in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or a browser failure may make local content unavailable. Use the app’s export feature to keep a separate backup.
When you sign in and use cloud memory features, story text and related metadata are stored in the Supabase database; recordings and photos are stored in private Supabase storage. Account access rules restrict records, and media is read through short-lived signed links. You can delete cloud memories through the app’s memory controls. Contact us for account deletion or other data requests.
AI assistance and service providers
Only after you actively use the feature and provide the requested consent, the text, recording, or selected photo needed for that request is sent through LoomInk’s server to SiliconFlow AI for story assistance, transcription, or a photo-caption suggestion. AI output is a suggestion for you to review. Photo-caption assistance does not attempt to identify people in a photo.
Supabase provides authentication, database, and private media storage; Google provides Google sign-in; the configured SMS provider sends phone verification codes; and Vercel hosts the server-side application functions. These providers process information only as needed to deliver LoomInk features and under their own terms and privacy notices. Cloudinary and online payment processing are not required for memory storage at this time.
Sharing, retention, and deletion
Your memories are private by default. If you create an audio-sharing link or submit a personalized product order, relevant information is used for the sharing or fulfillment flow you choose. Review the recording before sharing. You may revoke a link where the app provides that control.
You can delete local or cloud memories in the app. Account records, backups, and security logs may be retained for a limited period for service operation, security, or legal requirements; providers may have their own backup deletion schedules. Contact us to access, correct, or request deletion of account information.
Children and family memories
LoomInk is intended for individuals and families. If you record information about a child or another family member, ensure you have the right to provide it and take care with identifiable photos and recordings. Family memories are private by default.
