你保留自己提交内容的权利，并负责确保你有权录制、上传或分享文字、照片和声音。请勿提交违法、侵害他人权利或未经授权的内容。涉及家人或未成年人时，请取得适当授权并妥善保护隐私。
AI 辅助
AI 生成的转写、提问、润色或说明可能不准确，也可能遗漏上下文。它们只供你参考；你应核对内容并决定是否采用。LoomInk 不会以 AI 草稿替换你的原始讲述。
账户与安全
请妥善保管登录方式，不要与他人共享账户。发现未经授权的使用时，请尽快联系我们。你可以停止使用服务，并通过应用或支持邮箱请求删除资料。
产品、订单与付费功能
纪念品及线下定制影片按届时展示的产品、暂定价格、定制内容、制作周期和配送安排另行确认。提交订单前请核对照片、文字、收件信息和总价。未完成支付服务接入的功能不会被视为已在线收费或已下单。
服务可用性与责任
我们会努力维护服务，但在线功能可能因维护、网络或第三方服务原因暂时中断。请为重要记忆保留独立备份。法律允许范围内，LoomInk 不对服务短时中断、设备故障或第三方服务异常导致的损失承担超出适用法律规定的责任。
条款更新与联系
我们可能因功能或法律要求更新条款，并在本页更新生效日期。继续使用更新后的服务表示你接受新条款；如不同意，请停止使用并联系删除账户资料。

About the service
LoomInk provides tools to capture, privately keep, organize with AI assistance, preview, and pass on personal and family memories. Some features require an account, and available features may change as the service develops.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights to the content you submit and are responsible for having permission to record, upload, or share text, photos, and audio. Do not submit unlawful, unauthorized, or rights-infringing material. Obtain appropriate permission and protect privacy when content concerns family members or children.
AI assistance
AI transcripts, prompts, edits, and descriptions may be inaccurate or omit context. They are suggestions for you to review and accept or reject. LoomInk does not replace your original account with an AI draft.
Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in method secure and do not share your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may stop using LoomInk and request data deletion through the app or support email.
Products, orders, and paid features
Personalized keepsakes and offline custom films are confirmed separately using the product, tentative price, customization, production time, and delivery details shown at that time. Review photos, text, recipient details, and the total price before submitting. Features without an active payment integration are not represented as online payments or completed orders.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service, but online features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, networks, or third-party providers. Keep an independent backup of important memories. To the extent permitted by law, LoomInk is not responsible beyond applicable legal requirements for losses caused by temporary outages, device failure, or third-party service issues.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change and will update the effective date on this page. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about deleting your account information.
